These Terms of Service are between Hakan Sönmez, the operator of the Sahametrix website (sahametrix.com), and the person using the site. By using the site, you accept these terms.

Sahametrix is an information platform that provides football analysis and probability estimates using AI and statistical models. Sahametrix is NOT a betting site; all content is for informational and educational purposes only. Predictions do not guarantee outcomes.

The service is provided "as is". The accuracy, uninterrupted availability of data or the realization of predictions is not guaranteed. Neither Sahametrix nor its operator can be held liable for decisions made based on information on the site or for any indirect damages that may arise. Professional advice should be sought for any financial decision.

Match data is obtained from third-party providers (e.g., Sportmonks). Sahametrix is not responsible for any errors, delays or omissions in such data.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Avcılar) shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
